UPS Business Leads

This application will be used for UPS drivers to connect with potential customers. Drivers will scan a QR code that will link them to our form and allow them to submit the form data to a database. Center Managers will be able to login and view all of the business leads that have been submitted for the specific user that is logged in. Division Managers will be able to log in and see all of the business leads submitted for the entire North West division.
